There are some notes you should pay attention to in utility winch use:
1 Shall not exceed the specified load of wire rope. Otherwise, use the pulley to reduce the burden. Do not directly wire rope towing vehicle or equipment without bonding utility winch institution.
2 Shall not exceed the working length of rope in the use of utility winch, such as working length of EQ2100E6D car winch rope is 54 meters.
3 When the utility winch is at work, do not step on the clutch pedal or joint automotive transmission reverse gear.
4 When the utility winch is at work, forbidden to stand on both sides of the rope, and the operator should be in a safe location to avoid danger.
5 When the mechanical utility winch power take off 0-lever in the neutral position, please lock the utility winch by the lock plate.
6 When the hydraulic utility winch is continuously working, the oil temperature should not exceed 80 ℃; mechanical utility winch is continuously working, the gear oil in the oil must not exceed 130 ℃. Otherwise, the utility winch should be shut down and cool.
